Description: [0001] The present invention relates to a device for cutting tires. In particular, the present invention consists of a tire cutting apparatus of the type comprising a tread, sidewalls and heels so as to cut the sidewalls and sever the tread in order to reduce the bulk of a tread. used tire and facilitate the subsequent recovery of its components, but also storage and transportation. Indeed, due to their shape and configuration, used tires of vehicles do not optimize their storage and transport. The high void space of a tire implies a loss of useful space for transport and storage. It is known from the state of the art devices providing the cutting of the sidewalls and the sectioning of the tread of a tire. For example, WO 2012 059 719 discloses equipment for treating a vehicle tire by cutting the tire into portions. The equipment includes a rotatable tire support operable to releasably retain a tire, an engine arrangement operable to rotate the tire carrier, a first cutting arrangement that can be made operating, in use, to separate the sidewall portions of a tire from the tread portion and a second cutaway arrangement operable to cut the tread portion of the tire to a strip thereof. The disadvantage of this embodiment is that the tire is maintained by its sidewalls and the cutting edges that is on both sides of the tread is not always uniform and of good quality. The object of the invention is to overcome this disadvantage by providing a device that cuts the flanks uniformly. According to the invention, a device for cutting tires of the type comprising a tread, flanks and heels so as to cut the sidewalls and sever the tread, comprises a frame, a reception area for receiving a tire to be cut in the chassis, the receiving area having a pair of drive rollers which cooperate in particular with the tread of a tire placed on the drive rollers in the receiving area. The apparatus further comprises two support structures mounted above and on either side of the reception area, lateral holding means of a tire, the lateral holding means being mounted on at least one of the two support structures, a detector, in particular an optical detector capable of detecting a central zone of a tire received in the reception zone comprised between the inside diameter of the beads of the tire, the detector being arranged on at least one of the two structures of support. The apparatus also comprises blades mounted on the support structures and arranged transversely, oriented towards a sidewall of a tire received in the receiving zone, said blades being slidably mounted between a separated position of clearance of the tread and a working position where they enter the sidewall of a tire. A device for cutting a tread of a tire received in the apparatus, when said tread is separated from its sidewalls, is arranged on the chassis and slidably to cut the tread transversely. A command governs the sequencing of the steps and in particular the rotation of at least one roller of the pair of rollers and a timed sliding of said blades between a spaced position and a working position so that the blades do not penetrate the sidewalls of the tire received in only when they are above the tread. The lateral holding means comprise a vertically sliding jaw able to bear against the heel of a tire received in the apparatus and a part with two branches each bearing at least one roller capable of coming into contact with an inner surface of the tread of a tire received in the device. The jaw and the workpiece are diametrically opposed with respect to the inner circumference of a tire received in the apparatus, and the blades, when in the working position, penetrate the sidewalls of a tire received, close to the two branches of the holding part or between the two branches of the holding part so as to stabilize the cutting area. In one embodiment, the device for cutting the tread of a tire to be cut, when said tread is separated from its sidewalls, comprises an upper arm and a lower arm, the upper arm or lower bearing at one of its ends, a pair of coaxial disks spaced apart from each other. The other upper or lower arm carries a substantially circular blade arranged between the disks. The cutting device slides to cut transversely the tread of a tire to be cut when said tread is separated from its sidewalls. In one embodiment, the substantially circular blade is completely circular and preferably mo-letée on the edge when beveled. In a variant, the essentially circular blade has several radii of curvature. Preferably, the essentially circular blade is tapered. Preferably, the apparatus comprises a cover for at least partially enclosing the apparatus with, if appropriate, a tire to be cut inside the apparatus, and at least one sensor for detecting the opening of the cover and interrupt a cutting cycle. In one embodiment, the detector capable of detecting a central zone of the tire emits a laser beam. Preferably, the lateral holding means of a tire received in the apparatus used to lock in position tires whose inner diameter of the heels varies from 30 centimeters to 60 centimeters. In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises a sensor for detecting the presence of a tire to be cut on the reception area. The invention also relates to a method of cutting a tire using the apparatus above. The characteristics of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the description of an embodiment given solely by way of example, in no way limiting with reference to the schematic figures, in which: Fig. 1 is a perspective view in transparency of a tire cutting apparatus, a protective cover of the apparatus being open; Fig. 2 shows a front view of the tire cutting device, without its protective cover, comprising a tire ready to be cut; Fig. 3 represents a sectional view of a tire; Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a frame of the apparatus; Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a reception area arranged to receive a tire; Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of the lateral holding means of the tire during a cutting die; Fig. 7 is a perspective view of a tire bead holding means; Fig. 8 is a perspective view of a device for cutting the sidewalls of the tires; Fig. 9 shows a perspective view of a tread cutting means of the tire and a support plate on which the cutting means slides; Fig. 10 shows a side view of the trimming means of a tread of the tire; and Fig. 11 shows a front view of the trimming means of a tread of the tire. As illustrated in FIG. 1, an assembled tire cutting apparatus comprises an open sliding protective cover 36, making it possible to display all the elements allowing the cutting of the tires 31. In this example, the pedal 9 makes it possible to initiate a cutting cycle. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the apparatus is mounted without its protective cover 36. The apparatus comprises a frame 1 surrounding a reception area 2 receiving a tire 31 ready to be cut. The apparatus as illustrated is not in a normal operating phase because the tire 31 is not held by the lateral holding means 5, 6 (FIG 6). The tire 31 is placed between cylindrical rollers 12 free to rotate about their longitudinal axis. The reception zone 2 slides vertically and is in the high positron for a future cutting operation whereas during the loading of the tire 31 in the reception zone 2, the latter is in a low position to facilitate the handling operation performed by an operator for arranging the tires 31 to be cut in the reception area. A cutting device 8 of a tread of the tire 31, when the tread is separated from its sidewalls, is arranged on the chassis 1, sliding, to cut the tread transversely. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the sectional view of the tire 31 makes it possible to visualize the four parts of the tire 31, namely the sidewalls 32, the tread 33, the heel 34, and the inside 35 of the tread. As illustrated in FIG. 4, the frame 1 is composed of a box 25 in which can be integrated the entire electrical part, the adjustment block or a supervision tool. The frame 1 further comprises two first horizontal bars 22 located on the upper part of the frame 1, in particular allowing the attachment of two support structures 3 ', 3 "mounted above and on either side of the reception zone. 2 (Fig. 5). Two vertical bars 23 located below the first two horizontal bars 22 for fixing the reception area 2 (Figure 5). Finally, two second horizontal bars 24 for fixing the cutting device 8 (FIG 9). As illustrated in FIG. 5, the receiving area 2 for receiving a tire to be cut, in the frame, comprises a pair of horizontal drive rollers 10, 11 of a tire received in the receiving area 2 is placed on the rollers 10 , 11. The reception area 2 is composed of a frame 30 for fixing a first motor 17 which drives in rotation one of the two rollers 10, 11 thus driving the tire to be cut. Four shoes 13 on which is fixed respectively a cylinder 12 free in rotation about its longitudinal axis, to wedge the sidewalls of the tires to be cut. These shoes 13 are fixed to a first guide rail 14 thus making it possible to adjust the maintenance of the tire according to the size of said tire. The frame 30 is fixed in turn to two second vertical guide rails 16 thus making it possible to vertically adjust the height of the reception zone 2 along a support plate 15 which is in turn fixed to the two vertical bars of the frame. As illustrated in FIG. 6, the tire cutting apparatus comprises two support structures 3 ', 3 "mounted above and on either side of the reception area, the two support structures 3', 3" being carried by a second support plate 26, fixed on the first two horizontal bars 22 located on the upper part of the frame 1 (FIG 4). This second support plate 26 carries two fourth guide rails 27 for horizontally displacing the two support structures 3 ', 3 "This horizontal movement is triggered by information given by a laser beam emitted by a device carried by the structure of support 3 ', 3 ". This laser beam is parallel to the tread of a tire to be cut. The two support structures 3 ', 3 "carry lateral support means 5, 6 composed on the one hand of a part 5 comprising two branches 37 and two rollers 38 allowing the maintenance of the inside of the tread 35 of the tire to be cut (FIG 3), and secondly a jaw 6 for maintaining the heel of the tire to be cut.The jaw 6 (FIG 7) slides vertically along the support structures 3 ', 3 "to maintain the heel of the tire to be cut according to the size of the latter. The jaw 6 and the piece 5 are diametrically opposed with respect to the inner circumference of a tire received in the apparatus. The jaws 6 and 5 allow to block position in the tires 31 to cut whose inner diameter of the heels varies from 30 centimeters to 60 centimeters. The blades 7 (FIG 8), arranged on each support structure 3 ', 3 ", when they are in the working position, penetrate into the sidewalls of a tire received between the two branches 37 so as to stabilize the zone In this example, the blades 7 are arranged between the two branches 37 of the part 5. Another advantage of the use of the jaws 6 and the part 5 is that the device adapts to the dimensions of the tires to be cut, both on the inner diameter of the beads and on the tread thickness which varies from one tire to another and can be between 6 and 35 millimeters. Indeed the part 5, comprising two branches 37 and two rollers 38 for maintaining the inside of the tread, allows to determine accurately the position of the tread of the tire to be cut and thus prevent the blade 7 sinks into the tread. As illustrated in FIG. 7, the jaw 6 is fixed on each support structure thus allowing to slide vertically along each support structure 3 ', 3 "to maintain the heel of the tire to be cut. In the example illustrated in Figures 9, 10 and 11, the cutting device 8 of the tread of a tire to be cut, when said tread is separated from its sides, is composed of two arms 39 40. The cutting means 8 is arranged on a third support plate 28 composed of two third horizontal rails 19 so as to be able to move horizontally along the two third rails 19. The upper arm 39 carries one of its ends, a pair of coaxial disks 20 spaced from each other, the other arm, lower 40, carrying a substantially circular blade 21 arranged between the discs 20. The cutting device 8 slides to cut transversely the strip when said tread is separated from its sidewalls. A second motor 18 rotates the circularly shaped blade 21 thus making it possible to cut the tread once the sidewalls of the tire have been cut off during the first cutting phase. In this example, the essentially circular blade 21 has several radii of curvature and is beveled. Advantageously, the apparatus is arranged so that each blade 7, 21 is lubricated at defined intervals to improve the cutting. After opening the protective cover 36, the operator places the tire 31 in the reception area 2 on the two rollers 10,11 and between the four cylinders 12. The tread of the tire to be cut comes into operation. contact with two rollers 10, 11. At this stage, the reception area 2 is in the low position so as to facilitate handling. The operator then closes the protective cover 36 and presses the pedal 9, or any other command such as a push button, to initiate a cutting cycle. The cutting cycle comprises the following steps: - verification of the presence of a tire by a sensor, - wedging of the tire between the cylinders 12, - recovery of the reception zone 2 comprising the tire by a vertical movement up to detection by the laser beam of the central zone, between heels, of the tire to be cut,
